When Haven Aero is the operator — flights conducted on aircraft Haven Aero, LLC operates under our FAA Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate are sold and conducted as direct air carrier services. Haven Aero is the operating air carrier, holds operational control of the flight, and is responsible for crew, aircraft, and dispatch.
When Haven Aero acts as an Air Charter Broker — Haven Aero, LLC is registered as an Air Charter Broker under 14 CFR Part 295. In broker transactions, Haven Aero arranges single-entity charter air transportation on behalf of the charterer. The direct air carrier identified on the booking confirmation operates the aircraft, holds operational control of the flight, and provides the air transportation. Haven Aero is not the operator of the flight in broker transactions, does not have operational control, and provides only the brokerage service.
Direct air carriers used by Haven Aero hold an FAA Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate and the DOT economic authority required for the service performed. Charter availability and pricing are subject to operator confirmation. Information on the operating carrier, the existence of charter liability insurance, and any disclosures required by 14 CFR §295.20 will be furnished in writing upon written request prior to payment.
